1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Port of Cams ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Port of Cams provides live webcam streaming from various locations worldwide. The Service includes free camera feeds, premium subscription content, and related features such as DVR rewind, weather data, and ocean conditions.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • One account per person. Sharing premium accounts is not permitted.

4. Premium Subscriptions

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($9.99/month) or annually ($89.99/year) through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
  • Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once redeemed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, restream, or commercially use camera feeds without permission.
  • Attempt to access premium content without a valid subscription.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download stream content.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including surveillance or stalking.

6. Content & Camera Feeds

  • Camera feeds are provided "as is." We do not guarantee 24/7 uptime for any individual camera.
  • Cameras may go offline for maintenance, weather, or technical issues.
  • Some cameras are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party camera content.
  • DVR rewind availability depends on the camera and may not always cover the full 48-hour window.

7. Intellectual Property

The Port of Cams name, logo, website design, and original content are our intellectual property. Camera feeds remain the property of their respective operators. You may share links to camera pages but may not embed or redistribute the streams themselves.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that camera feeds will be accurate or current. Do not rely on camera feeds for safety, navigation, or emergency decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Port of Cams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
